Terms of Service

1. Agreement

  • By accessing or using Levi.AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The service

  • Levi.AI provides a platform where contributors complete data tasks (such as annotation, ranking, translation, domain Q&A, and code review) in exchange for payment subject to approval and these terms.
  • We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.

4. Contributor work

  • Task instructions, quality standards, and rates are shown before you start.
  • Submissions may be reviewed. Payment is owed only for work that is approved under our review process.
  • You retain no ownership over work product created for tasks; you grant Levi.AI and its customers a worldwide, perpetual license to use submissions for model training, evaluation, and related purposes.
  • Do not submit confidential information you are not authorized to share, illegal content, or material that infringes others' rights.

5. Payments

  • Approved work is paid according to the rate shown for the task, typically within 24 hours of approval.
  • We may withhold or reverse payment for fraud, policy violations, or erroneous approvals.
  • You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your earnings.

6. Acceptable use

  • No automated scraping or bulk extraction of tasks without written permission.
  • No attempts to manipulate scores, create fake accounts, or otherwise game the platform.
  • No harassment, hate content, or security attacks against the service or other users.

7. Disclaimers

  • The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • We do not guarantee continuous availability of tasks or any minimum earnings.

8. Limitation of liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Levi.AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to terms

  • We may update these terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
